The Option Method helped me dissolve my limiting beliefs such as, “I don’t deserve love.” “I’ll never have another relationship.” “My next marriage is bound to fail.” “I always do everything wrong.” At one time, I thought all these must be true. As I began to do the Option work and 7-step Manifestation Process everyday, it became obvious that none of these were true. I started being grateful for what I actually had. This made me happier and more relaxed and not feeling so defeated and miserable. I started going out on dates. I attracted more friends in general, and began taking better care of myself. I stopped believing I was such a failure. There was absolutely no reason I shouldn’t have more romance, more friends, more fun. When I first wrote those desires on my Blue Sky list, I didn’t really believe any of it was possible, and now I am amazed.
